Everything you need to know about PM Coach pricing
How does the free trial work?
You can start with our Free plan immediately -- no credit card required. You get 3 coaching sessions per month with access to starter scenarios and a basic Skills Passport. When you are ready to level up, upgrade to a paid plan to unlock the full experience.
How does billing work?
Solo Core and Solo Pro are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime and your access continues through the end of your current billing period. Team Pilot is a one-time payment for 60 days of access for 10 seats.
Can I switch plans?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new plan features. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Each plan comes with a set number of coaching sessions per month. If you use all your credits, you can wait until they reset at the start of your next billing period, or upgrade to a higher plan for more sessions.
How does the Team plan work?
The Team Pilot includes 10 seats with full Solo Pro features for each member, plus team analytics, admin controls, and a dedicated onboarding call. It is a 60-day pilot designed to demonstrate ROI before a full rollout.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Your conversation data is never used to train AI models. You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings.
